What Namefiniti Does
Namefiniti generates AI-powered business name suggestions and checks .com, .io, and .ai domain availability in real time, free of charge.
Name Suggestions Are Just a Starting Point
Names generated by Namefiniti are suggestions only. We do not perform trademark searches or legal clearance, and we don't guarantee a name is free to use. Before adopting any name, you're responsible for independently verifying trademark availability, business registration requirements, and domain availability with the relevant registrar or authority.
Domain availability shown here comes from a third-party DNS lookup and may not always be current — always confirm directly with a registrar. Namefiniti does not provide legal, trademark, or business advice.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully; disrupt, overload, or interfere with it; scrape or systematically extract data beyond normal use; or use generated names for illegal, infringing, or deceptive purposes.
Intellectual Property
The Namefiniti name, logo, site design, and underlying software are owned by us. We make no ownership claim over names the Service suggests to you, and don't guarantee a suggested name is unique or hasn't been shown to other users.
Third-Party Services
The Service relies on OpenAI, Cloudflare, Beehiiv, Resend, and Vercel. We aren't responsible for outages, errors, or changes made by these providers.
No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, including as to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Namefiniti and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including issues related to trademark conflicts, domain registration, or naming decisions made based on our suggestions.
Changes to the Service or These Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept them.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
